The Job Description

A prominent IP litigation firm has an opening in its NYC office for a litigation associate with 5-6 years of US and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience, including reviewing clearance searches and preparing substantive responses to PTO office actions. Previous experience preapring and responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters is desirable.
