Kinney Recruiting is working closely with the China Practice Group of a large US law firm on a search for a National Security Partner or Counsel for the firm's DC or New York offices. The ideal candidate should have experience handling issues related to CFIUS and/or OFAC in private practice or government service. Chinese language ability and previous experience working with Chinese companies would be ideal. This is an attractive opportunity for a junior partner or counsel looking to assist an established China practice grow the national security subpractice.
